Forecast e statistiche

Nella sezione STATISTICHE del menu laterale trovi i numeri di sintesi e i budget di previsione.

Voce menu	A cosa serve

Eventi	Statistiche sugli eventi agenda
Ordini	Statistiche sugli ordini cliente
Forecast (budget)	Inserire / modificare i budget (€ mensili) e il target n° ordini per operatore/anno
Statistiche forecast	Confrontare budget e consuntivo (da Ordini Cliente)

Concetto

Forecast (budget) = cosa prevedi. Statistiche forecast = come stai andando rispetto alla previsione, usando gli Ordini Cliente come consuntivo.

Da dove iniziare

A inizio anno (o quando aggiorni i target) compila Forecast (budget). Nel corso dell’anno monitora Statistiche forecast. Per analisi dedicate a lead, eventi o ordini usa le altre voci in STATISTICHE.
